Just say
what you ate.

No searching. No barcodes. No scale on the kitchen counter. Describe your meal the way you'd describe it to a friend, and Ragus works out the rest.

What it looks like

You say “Two boiled eggs, toast with butter, and a large coffee. Then a 5k run.”

One sentence. Four entries, portions estimated, exercise subtracted. You never opened a search box.

How it works

1

Say it

Tap the microphone and talk, or type if you'd rather. Whole meals at once. Yesterday's dinner if you forgot.

2

Sugar works it out

Your words become food, portions and calories — including the exercise, which gives the day back.

3

See where you are

One number for today, and a line showing where the last few weeks are actually taking you.

Food that isn't in the database

Most trackers were built around a Western supermarket.

Search for waakye, goat meat or a bottle of malt in a typical calorie app and you get nothing usable — or three wrong answers and no way to tell which is which. Ragus doesn't look things up in a fixed list. It works out what you described, and remembers it, so the next person who says the same thing gets the answer instantly.

If it isn't sure, it says so rather than inventing a confident number.

Honest about estimates

Sugar “Miss it by a hundred and nothing breaks. Miss it by five hundred and I'll mention it.”

Nobody weighs their dinner every day, and a tracker that pretends otherwise gets abandoned in a week. Ragus estimates portions, shows you what it assumed, and lets you correct it. Close and sustained beats precise and quit.
